Mercury Support was founded by people who understand compliance from the inside. Our founder, Dave Mansbridge, spent nearly two decades as Head of Training and Compliance at Living Ventures, overseeing compliance for The Alchemist, Gusto and Australasia.
He’d seen how compliance was usually done: complicated processes, generic advice and support that disappeared when things got difficult. Mercury was built to do it properly, with one platform and a hands-on team behind it.
Since 2018 we’ve grown from hospitality into education, healthcare and co-working, partnering with institutions like Manchester Metropolitan University and the NHS.
