Mercury Support was founded by industry experts who understand compliance from the inside out.

Our Founder, Dave Mansbridge, spent nearly two decades as Head of Training and Compliance at Living Ventures, overseeing compliance for renowned establishments like The Alchemist and Gusto.

His hands-on experience and our team’s deep industry knowledge make us uniquely qualified to handle the compliance challenges that hospitality businesses face daily.

Since our launch in 2018, we’ve expanded beyond hospitality into education, health, and co-working spaces, partnering with institutions like Manchester Metropolitan University and the NHS. 

As compliance needs grow, we’re ready with solutions that work in fast-paced environments.
